具体的なイベント開催期間などは述べられてないのですが、多分今日あたりからハロウィン終了まで、という感じになるんだと思われます。
ポケモンGO初のグローバルイベント？
遂にこういったグローバルイベントがポケモンGOでも開始されました。というのも、イングレスでは既にこういった期間開催イベントはたびたび行われています。
去年5月のAP 1.5倍、UltraStrike出現率アップ＆増量のイベント。
記憶に新しいローソンパワーキューブの出現率アップ。
そしてハロウィーンに行われたWeapon系出現率アップ。
こういった全世界的なイベントはバックストーリーの展開にからめてエージェントの活性化のために度々行われてきました。
以前の記事に書いた「イングレスの施策をポケモンGOに投入してくるだろう」という話がこれから始まるのかな・・・と思います。
イングレスに比べてポケモンGOはコンセプト的にも単調なアクションが多いので、いずれこういったイベント導入はやるだろう、と思っていましたが、思ったより早かったですね。
ポケモンGOがリリース後かなり意識して行ってきた不正アカウント利用の排除や機能アップ系がポケモンGOプラス発売後、ちょっと落ち着いて来たのかもしれませんね。
インタビュー記事で「ポケモンGOはまだやりたいことの1割しか実現してない」という話もあったそうで、こういうグローバルイベントがスタートした、ということは少なくともNianticの運営が第2章に入りそうだ、という話なのかな・・・？と思いました。
