最近のingressのオペレーションはホント大規模化・情報戦化してきていますが、やっぱりそれをスマホだけでやるのはちょっと無理がありますよね。
タブレットでも同じで、やっぱりPCが・・・そんな感じで使えそうなChromebookがあります。

Chromebookってご存じですか？WindowsでもMacでもない、Googleが出しているPCとOSです。
ブラウザのChromeをベースにOSを作ったのがChromeOSで、それが入ってるパソコンがChromebook。
PCメーカーのASUS（エイスースと読むそうですね）が、10インチで0.89kgというすごくコンパクトなChromebook、「Chromebook Flip」というものを米国で発売しています。そう、まだ日本未発売。
これが・・当然１キロ未満ですから持ち運びも楽で「もしかしたらingressでも使えるんじゃ？」と思ってAmazon.comで買ってみました。
重量以外にもイングレス向けでは・・？と思うポイントがあるので是非見てみてください。
ちょっと雰囲気出すために前のiOS版IITCのHSiIITCみたいに、わざわざ外で撮ってみましたｗ
普通に開いてみる
感じを出すためにIntelMapを開いています。
ChromebookとはいえブラウザはPCのChromeと全く同じですからPC版のIntelMapが余裕で表示。
背面へフリップ
名前の由来でもあるフリップ（放り上げる）させました。
この形になるとキーボードは無効化されます。これでモニタの台座代わりにさせることもできますね。
タブレットにする
キーボードを完全に裏側に回転させてタブレット形状にすることも可能。
タッチパネルなのでこのまま使用できます。
縦持ちにする
そのまま縦持ちにすると画面もそれに応じて変化。
この角度で見ると大型タブレットと変わらないですよね。分厚いiPadを持ってる感じ。
たたんだ所
iPadほどの質感ではないですが、全体が研磨されたアルミになっているので剛性も問題ありません。
このIntelMapを表示させている間はiPhone6Sでテザリングで使っています。
でもお高いんでしょう？海外でしょう？
さて、このChromebook Flip、Amazon.comで日本への発送もやっていたので買えたんです。
そしてオーダーの状況はこんな感じ。見づらいですが２３日の注文で一番最速の発送で２５日着。
値段は・・というと、今回買ったのがメモリ４MモデルでAmazon.comで279ドル。送料・関税で６０００円近くかかっていますが、それで占めて４万円。
２週間位かかる安い発送（多分船便）もありましたが、１０００円くらいしか変わらなかったので、時間を買いました。
PCが簡単に持ち出せればIntelMapもGoogleMapも同時に使えますし、ハングアウトもGoogle+も切り替えながら使えます。
そしてオペレーションの作戦本部を務めたらsitRepをその場で書いちゃう・・・とか？

注意点
- 米国版なのでキーボードがUS配列になります。今コレになんとか慣れようとしている所です・・・ｗ
- PCの形をしていますが、MacやWindowsで出来る事、例えばiTunesのインストールなどは出来ません。ブラウザで出来ることは基本出来ます。
- 現在ChromeOSがBluetoothテザリングに対応していないので、利用はWiFi経由です。
