ずい分前に紹介したエージェントにとっても便利アプリのiOSの「Argus」。
歩数計やGPSログなど歩きまわるAGにはいい無料アプリなのですが、それがさらにすごくなってました。
スマホのライトとレンズで心拍数カウント！あのArgusが凄くなってた！
スマホで心拍数カウント、というと、大抵スマートウォッチとの連携を想像しませんか？
「結局スマートウォッチ買わなきゃなんないよね」・・・ところが、このArgus、スマートウォッチ無しで心拍数が計測できるようになっていました。
え？どういうこと？
以前のArgus紹介の記事はこちら。
それが・・最新バージョンでは、歩数の表示などの間に「CHECK YOUR HEART RATE」の六角形が。
「えー、Apple Watchと今更連携されてもさ・・・」と思ってとりあえずタップしたらこんなインストラクションが。
ん？よくわからないんだけど？と思って次へ進むと、突然スマホのフラッシュが点灯。
「！？・・・！！！」
スマホのレンズで心拍測定
そう、スマホのフラッシュが点灯して、iPhoneではそのすぐ横にあるレンズに人差し指を当てて、光で血流を測定する？かなにかで心拍数を測定するんです。これ。
コツはあまりレンズを抑え過ぎない事。指を置いておくだけで測定が始まります。
結果表示。ちゃんと出ました。Apple Watchの心拍数測定と比べてみましたが、誤差は少しだけなのでそこそこ正確では？
もちろん、心拍数の日毎の記録もできます。デフォルトでは１２時間後に再度測定のアラームを設定しますか？と聞かれます。
正確かどうかはさておき、スマホだけで心拍数計測が出来る、というのは画期的ですね！
