パナソニックが業務用の「タフネススマホ」をモバイル・ワールド・コングレス（MWC）で発表、国内発売も決定、というGizmodeの記事。
内容をななめ読みすると「これingress仕様じゃね？」と思いました。

1.8mからの落下試験や2,000回の連続落下試験、耐振動試験に合格し、当然のごとく防塵・防滴・防水（IP65/IP67準拠）に対応。
GORUCKもアーバンは余裕、ステルスでもスマホは耐え切る、ということですね。
またー10℃～50℃の環境でも動作します。
極寒のサハリンでも、灼熱の？ミクロネシアでも大丈夫。つまりOperation Midguardのどの起点でも担当可能。
さらにタッチパネルは手袋をしたままの操作が可能。
GliderGloveが泣きますね。
裏面にはバーコードリーダーを配置し、非接触式ICカードリーダーも搭載しています。
次世代不審者カード（NFC対応型）にも、バーコード入りカードにも余裕で対応。
バッテリーは高容量でウォームスワップ対応と、
ウォームスワップ＝電源を落とさずにバッテリー交換可能。つまり交換バッテリーだけ持っていけばOK。ガチAGが泣いて喜びます。
